Gen Zaheer-ul-Islam repatriated Col. Joseph, the killer of a Pakistani youth to the United States without due process of law and put obstacles in front of CPEC.
Gen Faiz Hameed, on the other hand, made US negotiations with the Taliban a success, allowing Americans without visas to enter Pakistan and facilitating the evacuation of Americans from Afghanistan.
