Mr. Justice Atta Bandial, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan
I request you to save crores of rupees for the poor people of Pakistan by taking notice as under:
Mr. Chief Justice, by-elections are being held on nine seats of the National Assembly in Pakistan. These seats have been vacated by the members of the PTI assembly members. You know that the leader of PTI had made his members resign from the assembly and he said that PTI will no longer be a part of this assembly and in any case, he will not sit in the assembly with the current government. Mr. Chief Justice, is it not a joke and anti-Pakistan that this party is again contesting the election on the basis of scumbags and making the nation spend crores of rupees.
Even if PTI wins these seats, only one member will go to the assembly, and then another eight seats will be re-polled after spending crores of rupees, and according to the party policy, the winning member will not go to the assembly again.
The folly continues and the poor people will continue to lose hard earbed crores of rupees.
An affidavit should be taken from the party chairman Imran Khan that if he wins, he will become a part of the assembly. Otherwise, all the expenses of the election should be defrauded by Imran Khan.
